Smena 8

I got this camera as a present for my 8th birthday. This camera made me fall in love with photography.
Zenit ET

This camera was my first SLR. It took me 2 years to save enough allowance money to buy it. It was absolutely impossible to find it in stores (just like many other things in the former Soviet Union). I finally bought it "under the table" from my 8th grade geography teacher. This Zenit has traveled with me all over the world - Belarus, Russia, Ukrain, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Sweden, Danmark, Poland, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Canada and the United States.

Zenit 122

I bought this one brand-new on my trip to Belarus in 2006 and I actually used it to photograph part of my documentary on the 20th anniversary of Chernobyl catastrophe.

I bought this camera for $10 at a flea market and fixed the stuck shutter and replaced all the light seals.
Kodak Signet 35
Kodak Tourist

This baby takes amazing photos. With a 6x9 negative size, the amount of details captured is incredible. The only pain in the neck is that it takes 610 film instead of 120 medium format. I bought a few 610 spools on eBay and have to re-spool 120 film onto 610 spools using a film-changing bag.
Polaroid Land Camera

This camera is on my to-do list. Polaroid stopped producing film for it years ago. Occasionally you can find a few rolls on eBay, but they are expensive and you never know how well they were stored. I found a few tutorials online on how to modify a Land Camera to accept 120 medium format film and would like to attempt a surgery on this camera whenever I have a bit of free time.
